Many folks are wondering, “What is Baker’s Authentic Grilling” all about?
It all started on July 4th, 2003. A friend and I found a location in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, to begin my first ever barbecue.
On this day, I began learning about the art of smoking, using wood chips and chunks on the grill. Throughout this process, I also learned about the different types of aroma, which gives barbecue a different taste altogether.  
After a few bbq’s, I realized that the bbq industry needed more authentic styled smokers to create that one of a kind taste, so I made the official decision to begin my journey in 2014.

The overall goal for us at Baker’s Authentic Grilling is the satisfaction of our customers. We aim to build long-lasting business relationships with our clients. We change the menu to satisfy your venue.

Baker’s Authentic Grilling LLC caters weddings, cookouts, community events, parties, sweet sixteens, stadium games(including high school), church events, police events, etc.
